PRESS RELEASE BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES LTD. TO SET UP A MEGA PROJECT FOR MANUFACTURE OF GI, LRPC & SS WIRE AT NARDANA Tal. DHULE DISTRICT IN MAHARASHTRA.
BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES LTD, India’s WIRE MANUFACTURING company, will set up a mega project for manufacture of GI WIRE, LRPC WIRE, SS WIRE at NARDANA, Tal. NARDANA, Distt. DHULE in Maharashtra, Company’s production, An amount of Rs. 152.90 crores would be spent in the first phase of the project . The capacity of the project 1,62,000 MTPA. Shri Ashok Chavanji, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri.Rajendra Dardaji, Hon’ble Industries Minister, Shri.Sachin Ahirji, Hon’ble State Minister for Industries and Shri.J.P.Dangeji, Chief Secretary of Government of Maharashtra were present when the MOU was signed by Shri Azeez Khan, Principal Secretary (Industries) on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra and Shri K.R. BEDMUTHA, CHAIRMAN on behalf of BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES LTD. Shri Azeez Khan, Principal Secretary (Industries) highlighted the fact that the company is pursuing its unit in backward area of the state and thereby supporting the objective of the Government of achieving balanced growth. He was also happy that BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES LTD, was further consolidating its long presence in Maharashtra. Shri. K.R. BEDMUTHA stated that the project would involve an outlay of Rs. 266.30, to be spent in five years. The ultimate capacity of the project would be 1,62,000 MTPA. Shri.Rajendra Dardaji, Hon’ble Industries Minister thanked Shri. K.R. BEDMUTHA for putting up the Mega Project in DHULE District as it would contribute to the economy as well as help in generation of jobs for locals and assured all possible incentives and encouragement for the project.He expressed confidence that the project would generate other economic activities in the area also. Shri Ashok Chavanji, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra stated, “I am extremely happy that BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES Ltd. is further consolidating its long-term relationship with the State by bringing this core project in the D zone area. It is one more step in the development of Maharashtra through the establishment of a Mega Project in a backward area, which is also a low HDI District”. Speaking on the occasion, he said “Maharashtra has always been at the forefront of industrial development and has provided superior infrastructure to industries.” |
